They were flexible in their scheduling, informative regarding options, and were reassuring to us. Bret was a calming influence both in setting up care and throughout the care period and was able to assist us in arranging many and varying issues. Anything from help in finding a wheelchair service to guiding us through post hospital care are just a couple of examples. Bret and his amazing staff were fantastic in setting up and helping my family with my mother's care giving needs! His staff treated her with such professional care, warmth, and kindness; and helped her to be able to stay in her home before the transition to memory care. Home Instead provided outstanding care for my Mother over the past several years--weekly support for household and personal care support. Then, when she transitioned from rehab to assisted living after a hospital stay, our family relied on Home Instead for almost round-the-clock care during that process. Again, every caregiver was outstanding--empathetic and skilled in working with aging adults. I give Home Instead my highest recommendation!
We have used Home Instead mostly for their lifeline system which has been great. I am alerted if my mom falls or requests help. Camille has been especially helpful and responsive to deal with. She has taken a real personal interest in my mom and seems to really care!
Home Instead has served a critical role of transitioning my Mom from living independently to making a move to an assisted living community. This was more than a six month process. I really appreciated the case worker who went above and beyond, and Mom's aide who provided incredible support.
