Home Instead Personnel have been very quick to answer our questions and respond to needs for changing schedules, etc. They are so easy to work with. The Care person assigned to us is wonderful! Both my husband and and I appreciate his warm willingness to help. He is always cheerful and his presence is a great encouragement as well as wonderful assistance.

We had a difficult situation for a difficult personality, and Home Instead worked with us to get things done and improve the quality of life for our loved one. Their flexibility and the employee's initiative were very much appreciated. Very professional and very helpful. We would recommend them.
My aging 95-year old mother was living alone and began having problems with poor eating habits, inability to perform activities of daily living, and slipping mental status. When she began falling, I consulted with Home Instead to come in at strategic times. We tried in home care a year ago and again recently. Mom refused to allow anyone into her home. This was a rough time for family who received frantic calls while at work that Mom was on the floor and couldn't get up. The staff at Home Instead was wonderfully patient and supportive during this difficult time even though Mom continued to refuse the help she needed. Ultimately Mom was placed in a dementia unit where she now receives the care she needs - against her will - but safe, fed, warm and dry. My family and I have tremendous peace of mind that we tried the Home Instead option for her, and we are very thankful to the staff at Home Instead for their patience and expertise during this difficult time. Trying to reach owner of this office. I had some thing's that I wanted to discuss. Is there a direct way to be able to speak with you? And this is an absolutely amazing office, I have heard wonderful thing's about you guys! As a nursing assistant of over 20 years, the wonderful thing's I have heard you should be very proud!
I like the feeling that the staff are trained and ready to go. Mom enjoys chatting with the aides and I love the peace of mind. I appreciate that the office staff work to get help that fits Mom’s needs, sometimes on short notice.
