Mom boasted that she never needed to ask Ceola to do anything because Ceola saw what was needed and simply took care of things. She even managed to do what I could not: She convinced my 88 lb mother to EAT. I believe that my mother put on the weight which doctors told us she desperately needed because "C" shopped and prepared delicious food. She would also leave pre-plated meals for Mom to enjoy when Mom was alone. We have relocated Mom out of state and she misses Ceola. Oh, and guess who packed Mom's entire suitcase?

In particular, I like to express on behave of my wife and I, the great caregiven service we have been placed in, the care of a young lady named Emily hawk.
We cannot say enough about mom's caregiver, Samantha A. She is attentive, engaging, polite and never stops. We have never had to ask her to do anything because she is already on top of it. She has been a wonderful companion for mom as well. Regarding the Home Instead staff, they are always easy to reach and communication with scheduling as been top notch.
