Caregivers were knowledgeable and compassionately outstanding. We live in a remote area and I needed full-time care for my mother so sadly we had to find care elsewhere. Had that not been the case, we would still be using Home Instead caregivers for my mother. Dawn and Holly became better than members of the family in the short time they were around to assist with my mother.
Home Instead came through for my family in a very difficult situation. My father was released from an inpatient rehab facility two days before Christmas, and they worked with us to arrange 24/7 caregivers at this challenging time. The caregivers were all professionals, who did a wonderful job with my parents. The office staff was communicative and professional, and the in-home staff were excellent.
Home Instead was very responsive to the needs of my father, providing him with a caring team of professionals. The caregivers assist with my father with dressing, bathing, medication reminders, and meal preparation to name a few. Most importantly, the caregivers provide companionship; they take my father for walks; and they stimulate his memory through jigsaw puzzles and card games. The administrative team and RN are also pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Home Instead for in-home care giving.
