Great company, they have a very large service area as they help my parents located all the way in Richmond and I'm in the Hampton Roads area. I definitely would recommend to anyone looking for care for a loved one.
The company provides excellent care each day for my family member; the caregivers are highly attentive and anticipate my family member's needs throughout the day, and with great kindness and patience, help my family member each step of the way. I am able to stay in touch with the caregivers and my family member on a daily basis (& more often some days) by phone. I really value the ability to stay engaged with the day-to-day happenings affecting my family member now that a caregiver is present and attending. I highly recommend Home Care Assistance of Williamsburg to any family in need of this essential service.
Top notch provider. Why pay for senior living when your loved one can stay in their own home for their remaing golden years. No brainer really!
Home Care has been assisting my father, who has Alzheimer's, for over a year now. I am so grateful that we are able to find such good, professional people to care for him in his home!! I think with dementia, being able to stay in familiar surroundings is essential. Home Care Assistance has been a lifesaver during this entire journey and I really haven't had to worry. They are really great people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
