Holyhill is the right place to be . The place is clean GNAs , nurses and manegment are very professional caring staff. When you bring your loved ones to holyhill rest assured they will be treated with dignity and respect.
My stay here was good some days, when I say that some staff members were helpful, kind and respectful. Their housekeeping was good, their meals was okay I guess it's whom ever the person in the kitchen. Some of their staff need to go for training again.
I've been here for 8 year's and Holly hills have approved alot. Rebab helped me out alot and the staff here have gotten better. I gave it a 3 stars because there it needs some teamwork. The house keeping is excellent. I enjoy activity alot the administration has gotten better. The food here has improved so much. If you're looking to bring your love ones some where Holly hills is a safe environment
Maybe unsanitary with a very bad smell always! I can barely stand to be there visiting for too long. Frustrating when trying to communicate with reaching nursing staff by phone to check on my loved one. Left several messages. Also there has been so much weight loss it worries me when I last visited
