My husband's aunt just moved in. The facility is currently undergoing major renovation. Although they keep it very clean and pretty quiet during the process. Everyone we have met so far, residents and staff have been very friendly. Looking forward to having her use some of the amenities. We ate lunch with her one day and the food was excellent.

I visited a resident here recently. What a beautiful place. When I get old, I want to be treated with dignity and respect. It certainly seems that the residents receive both here. It's spacious, clean and well kept up. There are several different levels of care on the campus, so they can provide care at many different levels.
My parents were residents at Breton Terrace for a year. This place looks nice on the outside but on the inside it's a whole different experience. My parents were treated terrible from day one. The social worker Jill England is horrible. So unprofessional. The residents are very unfriendly and the women have cliques and new residents are not welcome. The volunteers at the front desk are just plain rude. I would be very careful about putting your loved one in this place, especially if they have any form of dementia. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Luckily we have found a facility outside the Holland Home community that my parents are welcomed and are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.
Residents are independent, pleasant to each other and always on a good mood! General maintenance and cleanliness are top notch.
My great grandma lives here and loves this place, she did not have the same experience as the previous reviewer, place place is very beautiful and staff and facilities and awesome.
