I was quite impressed the day of my tour by the leadership staff and others I met. The day I moved in I was greeted by several nice residents and staff members. I have found residents to be friendly. Staff members are willing to help any way possible. My apartment is cozy and being able to decorate it as I wish has made it my home. I plan to remain at Greenwood Terrace for a good long time.

Found that corporate makes all decisions. Heat was out all winter. Activities are limited to what corporate thinks we need, not what we truly desire. Washers and dryers are always in poor condition and takes months to get them repaired. Hardwood floors throughout the property are in extremely poor condition. Dining area is rarely mopped and almost always sticky. Walking down the hallways, almost every door is scuffed, dirty and poorly maintained.
I took my cousin for her new home here recently. Wow!: Just coming in the building, having lunch, being served with such great smiles simply lifts up ANYONE’S spirit! Every staff person serves in every capacity, with crossovers of tasks… and they do it all with great pleasure and smiles and kindness.
My sister Phyllis is 89 years old has been at Greenwood since February of 2023. Her apartment is really nice. It had just been completed remodeled. She has a balcony that goes around 2 sides. Staff has been great to deal with. They treat her very well. I try to have dinner with her once a week and staff treats me as if I were a resident. She broke her leg in February and there is Physical Therapy on site. Initially she was unable to do some things for herself but there is facilities on site that was able to provide her with the extra care she needed. The PT that is onsite has also worked with her insurance to make sure she is receiving the appropriate pt care. Our family is very happy with Greenwood Terrace. Ray Farrell
My wife’s mother has lived here for about a year and we have all been very pleased with the experience. The staff is very professional and patient with her. Janet is a wonderful director and truly cares about the people who live there. Francie is also wonderful to deal with, always so helpful. The maintenance is always very quick and professional with repairs and any other requests for service. I would recommend this living community to others who have someone they love who is still independent but may need some extra care and attention.
