Hillview House would have to be the best Centre for a family member if you are contemplating residential care. The staff are always friendly, the facilities are immaculate, with a calming modern aesthetic. It is worth taking a tour.

Excellent staff and beautiful facility. Very fortunate to find this place for my Mums last chapter.
Extremely friendly staff and very clean facilities. The reason for the 2 star review is due to the food being offered. 1 Party pie and 1 party sausage roll with a bowl of jelly for a grown elderly man is absolutely shocking. My poor dad! I was gobsmacked when this turnt up at his room for dinner. This is not the first time this has happened. Meals often offer little to no nutritional value and extremely small portions. My mother and I often have to take him in dinner as what he gets is not fit for consumption.
Staff go above and beyond here. The premises are very welcoming and well cared for, as are the residents. I love the front foyer with the cafe style area for spending time with family.
Good clean facilities but, sometimes staffing can be an issue however, those staff that are their go out of their way to help. My Aunty is 90 years of age and she likes the place so, that's all I can hope for. Nice and new, books, games and activities galore ..... good place for a family member.
