Staff at HillView Care are amazing, every department is so positive and friendly. The food is AMAZING!! It is 100% 5 star, cooked fresh onsite daily. The lifestyle Team are so bright and bubbly which is very welcoming and encouraging for residents. The Admin Team are very understanding and makes your progression of admission as comfortable as they can providing so much support. All the Nurses and other departments are so considerate and work so well in a Team to get the best results and care for everyone. 😊 HillView is where I would want my family to be!!
HillView Care at Merrimac has made the transition for my elderly mother into full time aged care a breeze. We initially gave her 3 weeks respite care to try the facility and see how she would go. At the end of the 3 weeks she was delighted and keen to go back in permenently asap. Every single staff member we've been in contact with from Admin, Nursing, Lifestyle, Kitchen, Laundry, & Care staff have all been amazing, very freindly, caring and helpful. I recommend without hesitation this facility.
My elderly mother was reticent about entering aged care. However, she loved Hillview, the staff were so helpful and friendly, She loved bingo days, bus trips, concerts and quiz days. My own observation on my regular visits was the staff devotion to their work with the residents. I would highly recommend Hillview for your loved one.
