My brother and I toured Hilltop Village, an independent senior apartment community . The facility truly is on a hilltop, which makes it quiet and somewhat secluded, away from the hustle and bustle. The young lady at the front desk, Nicole, who also answers the phone, is very polite, and has the best voice for this job! The fact that the units were all on one floor was a plus. They offer numerous amenities, depending on what is needed. I thought the room sizes were adequate. Everyone we met was friendly and accommodating. For us, the price was out of our range, but I was quite impressed.

I moved my Grandmother to Hill Top. I wish we could have kept her there, but she needed to be in a nursing home full time. The premises are always clean, inside and out. Everything is on one floor and accessible to the residents and guest. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The best part were the outings and activities. I was nice to know that even if it were just a movie or bingo, my grandmother wasn't left alone in her apartment and there were people around to keep her company.
The apartments are the perfect size, very well kept, and they all are on one level. There is also attic storage in the apartment and a screened in patio. Everyone I have met there has been very helpful. Moving is never an easy process and they made the transition very smooth.
It's has been almost a year since I moved my mother in law in hilltop and it has been great until the last 3 months in which some of my expectation of my mother in law needs has dropped! I understand the pandemic is playing a part in the quality of service so am having to do more to make sure her need a are met! Hopefully the quality of service will soon improve
Personnel because they'd States clearly that they accept Section 8 assistance for any senior attempting to move into the hilltop Village but at the same time they refused the offers from section 8 I guess because their pockets won't be pushed deep Section 8 has guidelines that they make Financial offers for rent to anyplace one is geographical the other is the apartment unit or house size and the other is based on the applicant income well if Hilltop Village is accepting Section 8 why would you just flat-out refused our offer because you didn't get the total amount of the rent from section 8 well that's kind of stupid it goes against the guidelines if the tenant has a portion to pay and Section 8 has a portion to pay why would Section 8 give make sure that you get the entire dollar amount that you're asking for because you want the amount for that bill for that apartment anything that comes close to it that would give cover shelter and living comfort zone to a senior citizen is what I thought would be more important I was referred to that facility because I had brain surgery and my doctor wanted me to be able to be there budgie because Section 8 couldn't pad your pockets the way that you wanted them you'd reject my offer and leave me hanging after I've done everything and was guaranteed the apartment once I put the deposit money down how ruthless.
