The nurses have been there many, many years and care about there Patience I was unsure which facility so many to choose from and I feel very blessed. Hillcrest is a great place to be. We were fortunate to have my father-in-law at the young age of 105 staying at Hillcrest. The level of professionalism, of commitment, of compassion, of caring, of humanity, touches the heart the mind and gives hope and light to the lives they care for and us as families of our loved ones. Been here a short time. So far the staff are very helpful and nice. The place is very clean. Mom has inclined and is progressing. So thankful The dr is very easy to communicate and work with. Pt has been getting her moving. Wonderful lady along with the administrator. My mom has been thru hell from prior home and hospitals mistakes and abuse. The relief and care we are getting is exceptional.... Very pleased. Thank you for taking care of the most important person in my life. Update. 3-26-25. We remain very pleased. They are working hard with us to provide my mom with her special needs. Doing a great job! I do not leave positive feedback if it wasn't deserved. It is such a blessing to get some relief. I cannot name all the heros as there are so many. Person in charge is Amber. She is amazing and a asset to this home. Sarah has undying passion and it shows. The entire staff has been nothing less than fantastic! Update. 5-5-25. I wish I would have brought my mom here sooner! We are blessed. Thank you Hillcrest. Thank you so very much.
My mother lived here for 11 months sad to say she past away but what makes it worse is the last time I saw her she took her ring off and told me to take it. I told her no that it was hers she kept telling me to take it. So when she passed her ring was missing! The place told me it must have fallen off WHAT A LAUGH!! moms mothers ring was still there and mind u the mothers ring Kept the other ring from falling off…. So someone that I trusted took moms mothers ring OFF and stole her black hills gold and put moms mothers ring back on…
We have my grandma here, although it’s not the fanciest place there are lots of workers, cleaners, aids. Which makes me feel very at ease knowing someone is always around or checking in.
