I don't even know where to start but my Mother is here and has been here for awhile. She's always telling me that she's not eating because the food is disgusting and looks like jail food. They never have other options, always out of snacks and other things for the residents to have to eat or drink. I bring my mom so much food, snacks, drinks, personal care products, hair ties, clothing, cups and more and her stuff is constantly coming up missing or the lazy and careless staff keeps dropping and breaking all of her drinking cups. Between myself and my grandmother who is my mom's mom(79 years old btw) we spend so much money every single month buying the same things over and over every month because my mother needs these things for basic living. It doesn't even matter if her name is on her items, people still take her stuff. She had a wheel chair that we brought legs for, so my mother could have a wheel chair but yet the staff couldn't find it so my mom could go join the residents to play bingo.. my mother is always left in her bed, they don't get her up anymore, physical therapy isn't even a thing in the last month or 2. It's sad that my mom has to call me to tell me that nobody is answering her call bell and she's either so thirsty or sitting in urine and or feces for hours while her call bell is on but going unanswered. I call the facility to ask if they can get my mom something to drink and change her when thats their jobs anyways. Every time i am there visiting, I see nobody answering the bells, all the staff is always sitting around laughing, talking or complaining. Some of the staff need to be fired and looked into. I can't stand how my mother is treated here. She shouldnt be kept in the bed all day everyday, missing meals, not able to enjoy activites. She asks to get put into the chair and they dont get her up anymore. Shes still human too and deserves to be treated and respected as such.

I'm not sure were to start. Besides having a wonderful family, friends and a few staff at Soldier On to help (really above and beyond) me in my recovery (still have a little more to do) The staff at Hillcrest Commons are just the most caring group of people. I wish I could put their names down individually but I can't thank you all enough. From the RNs, LPNs, Aids, PT/OT, Kitchen crew, Cleaners, Social Workers, Maintenance, Laundry and I'm sure I'm missing some others but what a good team. All shifts work pretty darn well together. I like that they hear your concerns and if they don't have the answer, they will try and find it. Thank you. 4.85 🌟 out of 5 🌟 Hillcrest 10.0 🌟 out of 5 🌟 Family I would recommend Hillcrest Commons Rehabilitation for those who need it.
This is a horrible organization that shows they don't care about patients based on how they speak to people. I tried to get information about a patient and they were not helpful and didn't care at all....Stay away!
Recently our family member was sent to Hillcrest Commons Nursing and Rehab Center. I have no idea what all those bad reviews are about but they much have posted it to the wrong Hospital. Hillcrest is one of the cleanest hospitals I’ve been to. The Nurses are eager to answer all your questions, they have no issue with helping you understand what they do for your family. The nurses with the doctors are very attentive. There is no harder task than trying to find a secure professional facility for your loved one. The staff is very eager to answer my family members questions we are so fortunate to have our loved one placed here for medical care and rehab. They have a passion for providing the best possible care for people with major illnesses. From the moment he arrived the staff work to make him feel comfortable They made sure his wife was put at ease. The staff was professional but so caring and compassionate towards our whole family, which was a difficult time for us the last few months. I have to say that the doctors the nurses the CNA’s the LPNs the administrative staff the secretary the receptionist And above all the admissions personnel are remarkable people. They care about the individuals that come in there. They care from the depths of their hearts to give the best possible care and to treat you as family just as they treat your love one as family.
My family member is at Hillcrest Rehab and Nursing. I can't praise this place enough. They are so loving and kind to all his care and needs. The staff welcomes the family and treats you with respect when you ask questions. The nurses with respiratory have been doing an amazing job taking care of my loved one. It's a beautiful facility, clean, professional. The Dr's are amazing overall this place is one of the best facilities I've visited. The care is above the top.
