I only can speak on my visit there to take a tour. First I loved when you walked through the front door it felt welcoming, secondly we took a tour and mind you it wasn’t a scheduled tour it was amazing. Me and brother gave it thumbs up. I will revise when my family move in but as of now it’s in my list.

We’ve only been there for a day, but from the door we were greeted professionally and kind. A Hardy good afternoon and a smile won me over. Quality customer service At any door goes along way. My only complaint though is at entering the front driveway to the facility. It was very dark and difficult to see parking. After my visit with my loved one trying to exit onto the roadway from the entrance was even more Difficult. The lighting on the front ground is poor. I am 70 years old and I would imagine that any other Senior coming onto the grounds would appreciate better lighting. And handicap parking seem to be located at the darkest of areas. LIGHTING-LIGHTING and more LIGHTING would have me feeling more welcomed.
Decided to have lunch with my family member and was able to get lunch from the kitchen. It was delicious! You can tell that the dietary staff takes pride in feeding their residents.
This place is full of humility. And they actually work with their patients for the better of the patients. I have seen steady growth with my dad's recovery and I am very happy.
The worst experience of my mom and myself, her son. The facility is dirty, disgusting, foul smelling hallways and terrible administrative staff who seems to have no knowledge about the care or duration of your family member. Horrible horrible coordination and would not recommend them for even your enemies. Stay away and find another facility Edit: I will provide a more comprehensive and fair review once my mother is discharged tomorrow so that all aspects can be fairly commented on, including discharge and setup for after-care. Thanks to administrative lead for addressing my concerns. Edit 1: This was in fact the worse. The original review above was correct, but when I left the review, the manager or "administrative lead" called me and basically asked me to change the review and rating so I added the "edit" paragraph below it and changed to 3 stars instead of 1 star. I was concerned about retaliation before discharge as my mother was in a vulnerable state. The only reason I believe they have a 4.5 rating is because the manager doesn't allow people to review it honestly because he calls you after you leave the review. Please go somewhere else. This place is far below the standard of a care facility. Please select a different location for your/your family members rehab
