We can now only speak from experience of 3 weeks, during this time we have experienced almost nothing but positive things. The person in need of help is looked after competently and well and tries to make life in their dormitory as pleasant as possible. Despite the lack of staff everywhere in the homes, great effort is being made not to let the residents feel it. In my opinion, the care and support staff must be given great credit. Even in between, we always receive very friendly and competent information over the phone. We hope to be able to continue to give such positive feedback in a year. My grandma feels very comfortable here, and the new management team seems to be making some positive changes.
