All nursing staff are very nice, helpful and courteous. All wishes were fulfilled immediately and you can only take your hat off to the friendly and attentive staff. Thank you for the quick and uncomplicated recording. Very happy again

The nursing staff are really nice and do what they can. Respect. The food is very bad. Not even mustard or ketchup with bratwurst, or indefinable sauce with overcooked dumplings. I could write 100 more examples. It's good that my daughter lives nearby and can bring me food.
Unfortunately I have to give one star, I wouldn't give one at all... My grandma was there, she got sick and was taken to the hospital way too late so she died... the doctor said she was in really bad condition... The best thing is that no one in the family was informed... they had sent the carer a fax but she was on holiday... on Friday grandma came to the hospital. On Saturdays they called the carer who they couldn't reach.... It's incomprehensible to me how something like this can happen. Out of pure humanity, I'm calling relatives... They called us about a hairdresser's appointment but grandma wasn't coming to the hospital!!! We were then informed on Sunday by the kh that grandma had died... We would have been there for her but no one told us she was all alone...
Good facilities, staff do everything possible to make residents feel comfortable and safe. Wolfgang Trieb
