My mother is a resident at Highland Springs. She has received excellent care from the staff. Everyone is friendly and supportive. The facility is clean and well maintained. I like to give special recognition to Abby, Quinn, Sarah, and Flo for taking such good care of her. Also, I like to recognize her Nurse Practitioner Hauna. My dad, who has dementia, spent two weeks at Highlandsprings in their rehab unit. He received great care while there and is doing really well physically. This is the best he has looked since he initially fell causing a brain bleed two months ago. I feel like everyone there truly cares about his wellbeing and wants to see his succeed. Also, the communication from across all departments has been wonderful.
Our Dad was transferred here and we couldn't by more happy. We like everything about his care! The staff are dedicated and keep us informed. The medical team are first rate. They have many activities and ways to interact with other seniors. They food is not only delicious but many things are even fortified for additional nutrition that our beloved needs. Most of all Dad is happy. He is gaining some badly needed weight, kids with all the staff and I see a contentment in his eyes and voice. All of these people really care and it shows!
Recently had a family member at Highlandspring. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The nursing staff was very thorough when my family member quickly declined. Very pleased with all staff and the building itself. Very clean and bright. Would recommend this facility to many!
Very grateful for the privilege to care for the skilled patients and residents at Highlandspring. So appreciative for my team of nurses! Staff is good at recognizing and communicating important information, and very adept at handling difficult health related situations!
