We moved my wife’s mom into Highgate Assisted Living last year. It was hard for us to transition her from her home to the assisted living, however with her large amount of medication she needed to take and not being able to assist her everyday, we finally decided on Highgate. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful and patient. Mom just loves her medication technician Kate who arrives each morning with a smile. Highgate has many opportunities for staying active and enjoying well-balanced meals. Mom has made many new friends and seems to be adjusting better than we expected. This is all due to the staff at Highgate. Thank you for all you do.

We moved my Mom into Highgate Assisted Living in Bozeman this past November, where she has many fantastic opportunities for socializing, staying active, and enjoying healthy, well-balanced meals. Each night, I get an email from Highgate listing the activities she attended that day. She works out (a balance course, movement and meditations, weight training, and rides the recumbent bike), does bible study, and attends happy hour nearly daily. All the staff we speak with say she enjoys her time there and is very personable. We have noticed several positive changes in her personality and overall health, and it’s such a relief to know she’s thriving in multiple ways in this loving and hospitable assisted living environment at Highgate.
Before moving to Highgate, my mom had always been a homeowner, including the last 40 years on a 60-acre rural property ... as a result, the transition to living in town & being a renter was a huge adjustment! I am so grateful to the Highgate staff for their patience and good humor as my mom got settled into her new home. With special appreciation for Patti at the front desk who is always so friendly when she answers the phone!!
As a Hospice RN, with 40 years experience, I could not do my job with our patients without the knowledge skills of Tasha, lead med-tech in the Memory Care Cottage. She goes above and beyond for each patient, the staff, and facility. She knows every patient and their families so genuinely. That level of caring is rare, and Highgate is extremely fortunate to have her in this leadership role for the past 7.5 years.
Highgate was a great fit for my MIL. Through the different levels of care from Independent to Memory care they walked us through the transitions in life. Tasha was the highlight of our time. She truly cares about residence and graciously worked with our family. Each time we left we were confident our mom was being seen and cared for.
