I was very pleased with everyone we ment they were polite and very helpful. They went above and beyond , they came in the room introduced themselves and chatted with us. I know Joan really loves it there and that makes me happy. Thank you for all you do to make everyone welcome, and taking care of my dear friend.

A family member spent many months at Hickory House. One night she fell out of bed and was on the floor for a long time -over an hour- before being discovered. Between July and the beginning of October, she was given one shower. In addition, they did not provide the therapy she was prescribed on a regular basis. The staff were always pleasant to us, but our family member told us a different story, she felt that they were only attentive when she had visitors.
Everyone at Hickory House was very welcoming. My mother’s OT, Cammie and PT, Colleen were both so kind and helpful as they prepared me with some therapy training before my mom comes to stay with me. I’m very happy she had her rehab here.
The staff are fantastic! They really are loving people who treat each patient like family. My mother-in-law has been moved to a few different wings and every care giver has been wonderful. We just had Thanksgiving lunch there. The food was great and so was each and every worker. They are giving up their time with their family to care for our loved ones! They're awesome!
Horrendous!! Do not have any of your loved ones wind up here. Every single review that has a 1 star rating, is the honest truth. My father was there for a month to rehabilitate his walking after having amputations. He was bathed once in 4 weeks. He wound up with sepsis because of not being cared for and getting infections from the lack of cleanliness. He already started showing signs of an infection two weeks prior to him getting rushed to Paoli hospital. He fell out of bed in the middle of the night and no one knew until the next day. Thank to his roommate to inform them of his falling. His opposite foot was gangrene when he arrived to the hospital. Gangrene doesn’t happen overnight. He was admitted to the ICU. When I arrived to pick his belongings up, he had missing items. A card with cash, wallet and an Amazon package that was delivered while he was at the hospital. I beg everyone and anyone, DO NOT trust this place.
