I unexpectedly became a client at Hickory Creek for about one week. I will have to say that my time there was valuable for my recovery. If there’s one thing that stands out for this rehab facility is the STAFF. This includes everybody from the maintenance man, CNA‘s, nurses and physical/occupational therapy. There wasn’t a person there that wouldn’t help in any circumstance. I appreciate this very much. They had many young aids and assistants working with the more experienced staff. This showed me that they’re focus to continue to have this excellent staff services in the years to come. Just one other comment, I was in a particular wing of the building, and I’ll have to say that there was not one bit of “urine odor” in that whole area. So they do an excellent job of cleaning and taking care of these kinds of issues.

Very nice building with friendly staff. Always smells and looks clean. They took wonderful care of my father-in-law and treated us all kindly and with compassion.
My mom has been here a week today and Tega is so nice and loving and caring she always asks if I need anything when I go to see my mom.. I asked her for a portable oxygen tank for my mom on Friday afternoon and Monday she had one when I got there to visit.. all the staff seem to be very nice and helpful so far also.. Great job everyone I know it’s a hard job.. Thank you for taking care of my mom.. I don’t know how long she will be here yet.. But thank you in advance.
Tega is the best lady I have ever met. She is so kind caring and loving. She goes above and beyond for residents and staff. Thank you Addailine
