Pleasant and well located residence but a lot of turnover (director, reception staff, hotel service agent, facilitator, etc.) In addition, during the summer of 2024, costs increased significantly (34.6% for Personal Services - approximately 42% p for catering). This obviously impacts the lives of residents.
Hello mother, has been living for several years, the establishment is pleasant, the staff are kind but the very negative point is the cleanliness of the exterior windows which are filthy unbecoming of an establishment whose prices are not given. I reported it but was told that the windows are done twice a year by the staff and that they cannot afford a cleaning company. Damage. I think those responsible never take the sidewalk and arrive through the parking lot.
I have lived there since it opened 5 years ago... and I am still there... My husband, whom I accompanied, died there, in our bright apartment. We were surrounded until the end by extraordinarily caring staff. When my husband died for financial reasons I looked elsewhere. I couldn't find anything better and so I decided to stay, especially since I was offered a much smaller and more charming apartment. I will finish growing old here in serenity and comfort….
My mother lives again (after 18 months spent in an EHPAD); she found in Stérédenn a place where she feels at home, while having the support services she needs following her health problem. In addition, the staff knows the residents by name and it is reassuring to know that our relative is not a number. Pleasant and very well soundproofed apartment.
