A poorly managed residence: A management which has changed everything since 2023 first by recruiting Maxime who began to empty the residence to find them at a competing residence in Trélazé, this gentleman changed everything by influencing the director to even remove the breaks of staff who work with two breaks in the same day (8 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1 p.m.-2:30 p.m. then 6 p.m.-9 p.m.). Then he started making calls to external doctors even though the team had competent nursing assistants. In 2023, the residence has 12 serious and motivated medical staff, now there are only 4 and the management will make more layoffs. This clearly proves the bad strategy of this bad management which is capable of just spending the residence's cash flow on worthless and useless purchases. Maxime started with a nursing position and became assistant director!!!! Then they kicked him out because he completely emptied this wonderful residence and he continues to contact residents to take them with him to his new competing residence which will have a medical service. The headquarters are still napping despite the fact that they are all aware of everything that is happening. Management forces residents to use an external medical service and not having it internally, what explains? The employees' schedule is very tiring, starting at 8 a.m. and ending their day at 9 p.m. with exhausting schedules with two breaks without being paid for their breaks. Finally, even their salaries are paid staggered with delays. Unfortunately this residence deserves management that is capable of respecting employees as well as residents and who will be responsible for giving new life to this dying residence. I will give 5 stars out of respect to the staff.

Very beautiful residence, the hosts and hostesses are very helpful and attentive. Atmospheres and activities suitable for elderly people. The cuisine is excellent and refined with a large choice. Whose chef and his colleagues give their best in order to pamper us as much as possible. I recommend this residence with 100% satisfaction.
We entrusted our elderly aunt to Blanche de Castille and are relieved to know she is in such good hands. The staff is responsible and always attentive to our requests. The night watchmen are very professional.
