Beukenlaan 2A, 3843 BM Harderwijk, Netherlands
The location and the building are indeed beautiful, for me that is the only positive thing I can say about it. I have been treated very well, not by the nurses, who are sweet and do their best... but by the bigwigs in the office... There is no humanity or consultation to be found there.... After 4 years of working with love for the residents there, I packed my things and left... This is purely how I was treated by "the office" there...

What a property! For €3,100 per month, possibly lofty thoughts. The walls must be so happy to receive us, a kind of architectural aristocracy. And the lady, a haughty feudal lady of the house, has clearly learned that with a pinch of arrogance and a gleam of grandeur you keep your visitors in line. “Coffee?” she asks, offering us a biscuit, or is it a gesture of pity? I look at her, and wonder if the biscuits are supposed to pay the rent too. Oh well, that’s how it goes in the world of landlords and spoiled properties!
We have been living in Het Gouden Hart for over 3 years now and are very satisfied. They do their utmost to please everyone. It's not perfect, but nowhere is it.
Very nice place where my father is doing very well. Committed and expert staff, lots of personal attention and super hospitable.
A beautiful building, but that's only right if you have to pay from € 3100 p/m to live there. A lady who takes care of the residents if necessary was rather haughty, but that probably goes with the image.
