Beautiful clean facility. The staff is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I love speaking with Maria every time I come there. So professional and friendly. I love that they include the public in some of their activities. It's nice for the residents to meet other people. I always enjoy going and talking to new people. The residents all seem to really love their home.

The staff does a wonderful job taking care of the residents. Maria, Deb and Hilda work with families and residents to make sure they are happy with every aspect of their experience there.
Maria at Heritage Woods of Belvidere has done a wonderful job of making the residents & their families feel like home. Lots of activities and a great staff.
I visit my dad weekly to take him a goodie bag and other essential items he needs. His apartment is always nasty. He has trouble walking at times and his eyes are showing wear. His place is supposed to be cleaned ever Wednesday and I go on Sat or Sunday and garbage is overflowing. I understand that he should be able to minimal things but for what they charge you should have better care. The staff seem friendly and the food looks ok. But he says they give child portions.
My father lived there and we were constantly fighting a bed bug problem. We met with them many times but although they spray there were always rooms that were infected. They still have many infected rooms!
