This place is more of a retirement home. You need a code or key to enter the main building which is good. As for the building itself, it is clear it’s under construction inside, but no safety measures. There are signs which indicates no smoking in the property, but the lobby and elevator smells like tobacco. Some parts of the hard wood floors are ripped off which is a fall risk for older adults. Limited parking for visitors. Low hanging fire hydrant which is another safety measure

Forget any maintenance now 34 days of dumping water from my sink I guess a plumber is coming by turtle
Peaceful place with happy elderly people
Ive been in the building and I love the place the staff was very nice and helpful to me they answered my question about the pricing and availability of the units I hope to be accepted by the management soon
They fail to do background checks and end up ruining Lambertville by housing violent criminals.
