My mother has lived at Brookdale Marysville for 5 years now, and she is very happy there. She has made friends and enjoys the activities. I continue to be very happy with her care. The nursing staff is attentive and responds promptly to any questions or concerns I have. When I visited my mother (before COVID), I always felt welcome and was impressed with how friendly everyone was - the aides, the servers, the other staff and the management. They truly care about my mother. The management and staff have also done an exceptional job keeping the residents safe during this pandemic. I highly recommend Broookdale Marysville.
Where do I even start? Heritage Senior Living of Marysville is such a beautiful place, with lots to love! The staff and owners are so caring, loving, understanding, and attentive to the needs of the residents and their families. Such a great place for your loved ones to live. I've never been to an establishment like theirs where the owner themselves are very hands-on. A++ rating from me!
My mother moved into Brookdale Marysville, January 2021. My mom has been welcomed into every part of their family community. She is enjoying the activities of bingo, movies, happy hour, corn hole, and exercise class. The other day she said to me, “I had a busy day today!” Ryan, the director, helped make our move-in very smooth. He was very friendly, helpful, responsive, and accommodating. The whole staff in all areas have been wonderful and responsive. Communication has been excellent... from the front desk, the nursing staff, director, maintenance, and program director as I get photos of my mom participating in the community. I know I made the right choice by placing my mom in good hands.
Our Mother was here for a year. She recently passed. The staff here in the memory center is just fantastic! They made my Mother's last year very enjoyable. I can not express enough how wonderful, caring and thoughtful they are. They were very caring and supportive during my mother's finial hours. God bless you all.
