My aunt has been at Our House assisted living since February 2024. They take exceptional care of their residents. She enjoys their meals and the activities she can participate in.
If we could, my family would sing the praises of Heritage at Oakwood Hills from the highest mountain for all to hear. Every employee treats you like family. They were so kind and patient with our Mom up to her last minutes here on Earth. The nurses, CNA’s and LPN’s went above and beyond in all of their duties. ❤️ The variety of activities for all to participate in were amazing. The administrative staff does everything they can to make Heritage at Oakwood Hills feel like home. There simply is not enough room here to type everything that should be said. We would highly recommend Heritage at Oakwood Hills for your family member!!
My mother was a resident at Heritage Assisted Living for seven months and she loved it there. The facility was always clean. The single-floor, compact arrangement was a good fit for limited mobility residents. The staff was informative and consistently treated residents with kindness, and compassion. The nursing and care staff provided 24/7 support to all residents based on need, including medication administration and updates to family as needed. The innovative calendar of events helped keep residents active and contributed to the sense of community. Thanks to the Heritage staff for tending to all the needs of our Mom!
We have a family member at the Heritage assisted living and would say it is the best facility in the Eau Claire area. All the staff from cleaning, patient care assistance, food service, medication management to supervisory has been so very pleasant, caring, personable, informative, available and easy to work with at any time. I don't have to worry each day how my family member is doing because she is monitored and given exceptional care 100% of the time. She loves it there and is thankful for all the staff!
