From the moment I arrived, the staff's warmth and professionalism put me at ease. The receptionist's friendly smile set the tone for my wonderful experience. Every staff member I interacted with showed kindness, compassion and genuine care. The facility is clean, well-maintained and welcoming. I felt comfortable and supported. Heritage Pointe truly stands out as a haven for healing and recovery. Kudos to the entire team! Would definitely recommend!

Most of the stuff is absolutely fabulous. I don’t have a family member there. I am a private caregiver for one of the clients there there are some things I would say that administration needs to be more on top of when it comes to certain areas but other than that is places a great place they have tons of activities for everyone to stay busy and everyone has a smile on their face
My mom was a patient at this facility for 2 weeks and I would not recommend this place, especially if your loved one cannot speak up for themselves. When help was needed, staff didn’t always come in to assist with needs. I’m not sure if it was due to the lack of staff or staff just not wanting to help. On one of my visits, a patient was screaming for help because she needed to go to the bathroom and no one was coming in to help. My mom waited an hour one day for staff to come in and help her into the bathroom. Another time she was left in the bathroom for over 25 minutes waiting for staff to help her out of the bathroom. This is poor patient care. Follow up appointments were not always scheduled and, when they were scheduled, this was not communicated with the staff who needed to get her ready. Upon arrival, no one explained to her or a family member about her meals and how to pick what she wanted to eat. She was there for over a week before this was explained to her. As far as food, it was always cold and over cooked.
JESICAH Scott was a pleasure to have assisting me. Always a smile on her face, she would do anything for you without a doubt. Even getting something as simple as a glass of water, she did it in a timely manner, and without complaining. A smile was always on her face and I could tell she really care about me and the people in this swing. She is really an asset to your organization. One thing I cannot say is the food here is not good at all. In fact, it is terrible. But she always came with a smile and a friendly face. She certainly is an asset to the staff here. All right
We moved our grandpa to Heritage pointe , and I can’t express enough how impressed I was with the level of care and compassion shown to the residents. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that immediately put my mind at ease. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting environment. The common areas are spacious and designed for both social interaction and relaxation, providing residents with plenty of opportunities to engage with one another. What truly stands out at heritage pointe is the dedicated staff. Each caregiver I met was not only professional but also genuinely caring. They took the time to get to know the residents, engaging with them in meaningful conversations and activities. It was heartwarming to see how the staff tailored their approach to meet the individual needs of each resident, ensuring that everyone felt valued and respected. The activities program is fantastic! There’s a wide variety of options available, from arts and crafts to exercise classes and social outings. It’s clear that the team goes above and beyond to create a vibrant community where residents can thrive and enjoy their golden years.
