I’m a vender here and have been for the last 2 years which means I come to this establishment almost daily and consistently. The employees are the rudest employees I have ever witnessed.I would never put my loved one here at all!!!!!!I have a 76 year old mom and it breaks my heart to see how unfriendly the staff is and how the treat the tenants.Today I just had to say something. And for the staff to be so loosely rude and just say anything to these residents I would hate to see how the attitude of Management is.I would definitely stay away from this facility with my loved one at all cost!!! A few days ago I watched them carry a resident out in a body bag and the staff was laughing and joking probably about something else but Jesus have some respect atleast say a prayer or some Just no sympathy!

These photos are only possible because of Bliss Palmer (executive director) and the entire team at Heritage Oaks. My father is 5 days into his move into this amazing place. He’s didn’t want it. But his safety and the love his family has for him, required it. And we hit it out of the park with Heritage Oaks. I’d give 1000 stars if I could.
Worked here for half a year. This place is under new management and since then it’s gone downhill. Management has gone through so much staff due to the refusal of hiring the appropriate amount of staff. They refuse pay raise while promising it at 3rd, 6th, & 12 months upon hire… I was not the only worker who experienced this. As a server/waitstaff at this place I’ve had experiences where one caregiver was left on the floor to manage all 40+ residents AND growing by themselves. Management is a joke and has no sense of urgency. No communication. Ignorance. Negligence to their workers and residents. The dining service is a joke as the Head Cook refuses to accommodate residents, refusing to cut up food for residents that cannot swallow/chew effectively… Literally this place is a free for all and “it ain’t my job” has been a phrase I’ve probably heard everyday working there.
The facility seems nice on first glance but the management seems to fail on all accounts whether it’s by way of being understaffed or by being completely disorganized during events. The place has potential but is very obviously failing their residents and workers due to their disorganization and lack of caring
I visited several communities before visiting Heritage Oaks. When I opened the front door I knew Heritage Oaks was my mother's new home. I was so grateful to find such a beautiful, loving place. It's very easy to become part of the community. The management team is the absolute best! They are involved with the community and are devoted to the care and comforts of their residents. They are always there to help. The caregivers are courteous, respectful and professional in every way. They always take the time to visit with mother and always have a kind word to say. Last, but not least, the food is excellent! Kudos to the Chef for his talents and dedication. I am so happy and thankful my mother is a part of the Heritage Oaks family. It is such a relief knowing her biggest worries are winning at bingo and when the Astro game starts. Thank you Heritage Oaks.
