This was our first experience with a parent receiving in-patient rehab and Heritage was amazing. The entire staff went above and beyond in their care for my mother-in-law following a stroke. They were also attentive to the needs of our family. From the therapists to the caregivers to the business office, everyone was professional and genuinely concerned for our wellbeing. I've had 3 separate admissions at HLC. Therapy, nurses, and aids do an excellent job at caring for their residents. They are all really nice, polite, and timely.
The staff at Heritage Living Center did a great job with my Father-In-Law. They worked hard with his post-surgery therapy needs and he was able to return home. Thanks, Heritage Team!
If I could leave more stars - I would. My Mother in Law has been showing signs of early dementia and once she was discharged from the hospital she was transferred to a rehabilitation center in Conway off of College. It was not to our expectation at all. (Absolute horror story.. please tour any facility before you commit) I called the admissions lady Joni (at 7:30 at night) and she is a miracle worker that set my mind at ease. She let me know exactly how to handle the current situation I was in and immediately set up arrangements for a transfer. By 11:30am the next day My Mother in Law was at the new facility (Heritage Living Center). It was like going from the hood- to the Hilton. The welcoming she received and the treatment we, the family had received has been more than 5 star. You can feel that the employees love their job. They have a sense of humor and talk to Mom with kindness and compassion. Coming to terms with the possibility that this may be long term is hard, but having the piece of mind to know she is safe and well cared for is priceless.
The therapy people here at heritage living center have been the best and so sweet. The nurses are so kind. I couldn't ask for better treatment!
