I don’t recommend this home for your elderly loved one. My Grandma entered the home earlier this year and died 11 weeks later. Three days before she died, we asked she be moved to hospital. The doctor at the hospital said her blood test results indicated she had hardly had any fluids for a month. He was surprised she had been in aged care. While at the home, she would complain to us of being thirsty and not being allowed to go to the toilet, staff telling her “No, it’s almost lunch time”, or “but you went to the toilet not that long ago”. Her deterioration from when she entered the home was rapid and unexpected. Since my grandmother’s death, I have contacted the Heritage Care Executive Team with my concerns and have not had a response.

My auntie’s been there for five days I cannot call her. The phones are down. Nobody responds absolutely terrible service.
Excellent care and management, friendly staff and wonderful food. I would 100 percent recommend
