I had a beloved friend stay there recently for rehab after a prolonged hospital stay left her very weak. She asked to see the social worker on a Monday afternoon, and a week and a half later she still had not made an appearance. One of the night staff workers actually took away her call button and moved it to where she couldn't get to it, and moved her phone away as well, and left and shut the door. The most concerning thing was that the bed had no side rails, and the staff told her they had none, that it would be extra for her to have them, and that they would have to be ordered and they had no way of knowing when they would come in. I am so glad she was transferred out of there back to the hospital, (for severe dehydration) and will be at a good facility once she leaves the hospital.

Iam here now. If totally sucks!! Most of the nurses have bad attitudes, want give you what you need. Food sucks as well. Iam only here for therapy, Come Monday or Tuesday, iam out of here!!! I feel for the one's who has to live in this God forsaken place !!!
My aunt has been a resident for just over 3 months and my family and I are very pleased with the care she has been receiving! The staff is very attentive, friendly and supportive.
July 2023 I took a tour of the property. I again went back and was taken to room 202 were I wS told this will be your mother's room. I shook the administration clerks hand and thanked her. I fixed the area up with photo on the wall a big screen tv and netflix and movie channels. I also had a Google nest hub put in her space. Mother was comfortable felt safe and I didn't have to worry about her. With out notice to her or me she was taken out of her safe zone e and shouted into a closet type room. Her belongings were trown on the floor her wireless box was disconnected and Google cut off. I've made numeroouattempts to contact the director of Heritage Home she want even return my call. I was told my mother was taken from the room I was told would be her home for men to have. Now my 87 year old mother is uncomfortable scared and wants to be take from this property. What a way to treat a senior citizen. This organization doesn't realize that when I was told 202 was were my mother would live and we shook on it it became a binding agreement.
My mother lived at the Heritage about five years ago. They treated her like family. My father is currently a resident there. The people that work there are AMAZING! I visit dad everyday ( for the past 6 months). They care for their residents extremely well. But, they also are extremely loving and caring! Money can’t buy the level of care my dad receives. I’m so very glad that they are here when we need them.
