I was visiting a dear friend on Sunday, 1/26/2025. I was appalled at the conditions there. As soon as I walked through the doors I smelled a strong smell of urine! My friend has been there 3 days and no physical or occupational therapy, I had to ask for linens to change his bed. They have not even given him a wash cloth or even a glass of water! Totally unacceptable for a Medicare patient at a rehabilitation establishment. We will be getting him out of your establishment ASAP! You should be ashamed that the patients are living in this deplorable conditions!

The front of office staff do not answer or return calls or emails. Paula in the business office as well as Kelly in admissions. I'm starting to question the billing of my family at this point. I'm am trying to get my family out asap. They literally are refusing. Lying. Not submitting papers to the state. Nursing care is a different aid and nurse all the time. Most of them are temps. Always understaffed. The food is laughable. No individualized meals based on diet restrictions. I've called the state and launched a full investigation. I'm not the only one either. Do not go here. Leave if you are there. Our seniors deserve better. To the staff please contact me and help me remove my family so we all can move on.
The TEAM at Embassy of Euclid are extremely personable and compassionate! I have always had excellent interactions with the Administrator and Director of Nursing. I have referred several residents to them who all stated they were cared for well. Great job Team Embassy of Euclid😉
As the Administrator, I am so proud of our new team. Our quality of care has improved significantly. We have a phenomenal DON, Kim, who ensures that our residents are well taken care of.
