They let my mother fall and break her hip. They were always away from the nurse's station. Stole her clothes. Let her bottom get extremely raw because she'd lay in her wet or soil diaper. Poor excuses. But none of these faculties are good. Wouldn't feed her and she can't see to feed herself. There are no excuses for lazy non caring aids that work here.

The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The facility has a home like atmosphere.
My Grandmother was at Heritage Hall Tazewell for Therapy and she received exceptional care. Everyone there was extremely kind and professional. My Grandmother thought the world of each team member and I could never thank them enough for making her feel so comfortable in a home away from home atmosphere.
Have 93 yr old Great Aunt at Heritage Hall currently for broken bone therapy. I am very disappointed in the treatment. I must almost daily call and complain because they continuously neglect following my Great Aunt's doctors orders.
I give Heritage Hall Tazewell a five star rating because of the the love and care the staff has for the residents. My great grandmother spent her last days there and the nurses and staff treated her with the upmost care, love and respect.
