The facility went above and beyond for us. I cannot say enough about the nurses and CNAs (Shimeal, Destiny, Carolyn, LaLa, Bethlehem and the Dir of nursing who always ask if we were doing ok) who cared for her. Jessica and Ruth in the kitchen catered to all her requests. ROBIN did a little of everything and helped get us a better mattress and always checked in on her daily. The PT and OT staff was excellent. Kelly and Desi were exceptionaL with mom. Thank you to Victoria who helped us move from another facility. She too, went above and beyond.

My husband spent 35 days in Heritage Hall rehab. It was an amazing facility filled with the most caring people and everyone worked so hard to get him back on his feet. Every therapist. Aide, nurse was caring and so kind. The food services manager even call me and asked my husband's food preferences by going through every food group and asking if he like each item. He's been in memory care in Fredericksburg and Heritage Hall is definitely sending him back better than he came to them. Heritage Hall has the most caring people and you're treated like family.
My mother has been a patient there for months and my sister and I are so thankful for the caring staff. It is so nice not having to worry about the care my mother is receiving. She is always happy 😃. One nurse in particular “Frank” loves my mom and is always available for us if we have any questions. The PT, OT and Administration Staff is awesome. They ALL listen to mom and go above and beyond for her. The place is old and is in need of spruce up BUT it is ALWAYs very clean. We would highly recommend!!!
Heritage Hall is blessed to be staffed with some amazing people. “Our family exists to care for your family”’ is very true. Not one time have I not seen staff members visiting, laughing, engaging with residents. The warm environment created by the culture of the facility is top notch. You can really see the care and commitment they have for the residents. Between community and staff, this place is a gem in the heart of King George. More so because of the residents and staff who reside inside.
I placed my mother here this year 2021, and I was very unsettled about this decision at first. My mother has Dementia and the change in her moods makes it almost impossible for me to care for her 24hrs a day by myself. After calling the facility and making an appointment the admissions director made me feel better about my decision. The facility is clean and well cared for. I get to see my mom whenever I want within reason. And the staff is friendly and caring. So far I am glad I made this decision. It has been a blessing for my family and I. I would recommend Heritage Hall to anyone needing help caring for their loved one.
