Mr. Allmand stated the staff is very friendly that he knew a lot of residents in the building. The therapy department is top-notch! When he came into Heritage Hall, he was unable to walk, and they have gotten him to the point that he is able to go home and care for himself. He has nothing but kind words to say about all the staff in Heritage Hall. The food was wonderful! I would highly recommend Heritage Hall to anyone needing care.

I want to send a BIG thanks to the team that’s on the 400 unit that’s taking care of my grandmother. You all have been nothing but great to her and I love how you all keep me and my uncle updated on my grandmother. The nursing department team is wonderful. Sending a BIG thanks to Shameka she’s awesome with my grandmother and calls and updates me and my uncle every chance she can about my grandmother.
***Updated current review! Our Mother has now been a resident here in the Memory Care unit for almost 2 years. Even with her Dementia, she is thriving! She is always happy and is very well cared for. Mom is active and enjoys the socialization with the other residents , who are “like her.”Everyone who visits her comments on how happy she is This is all anyone wants for their loved ones who have Dementia. *** Choosing a place for our Mom who has Dementia, was a choice we took very seriously. After visiting several places, we chose Heritage Hall in Blackstone. From the very first conversation with Joyce Taylor, Admissions Director, to Mom’s actual admission, everyone was caring and ready to help in any way. Mom is in the secure Memory Care unit and has many activities. This unit has its own secured courtyard, which is beautiful and allows her to go outside anytime without us worrying. Faith, the Activities Director, keeps the residents busy with numerous activities including having her hair done on a regular basis. Our main concern is her happiness and she is VERY happy here and has never asked to go with us home!
