This place is a hell hole! My mother inlaw was diagnosed with her 4th UTI and they did not react until my wife confronted them with it. They decided to gafe her off. They contacted my Bouther-in-law, John Hyland the POA, who doesn't give a rats ass abouts his mother's care and he decided for my wife, her daughter, to not ask any more questions about her care, even though he is never around or even cares about her care! WHAT THE HELL!!!!

This is the place to go. Overall everyone is so nice and attentive!! Also they have amazing ice cream. Very happy with the PT department also.
Our family member is in the dementia unit at the Heritage Estates in Gering. The staff is so kind, patient and caring. She enjoys the company of others, whatever activities she chooses to take part in and they make certain she gets help with eating when she needs it. I would highly recommend it for anyone's loved ones.
Was trying to get my wife in for rehab and transitioning to end of life. We were up front about her condition and led to believe that they would be able to take her. 2 days later they declined her. The reason they gave was that she had poor probability of being able to rehab to be able to go home. They advertise end of life care and rehab. Total lie.
We've found that Heritage is lovely home for our loved one. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are quick to call if they notice any issues and we work well as a team.
