Heritage Court in Pewaukee has been a lifesaver for our family. The staff has gone above and beyond to welcome my mom and make her feel welcome. The entire staff is wonderful and always asking if there's anything we need. They took the time to read mom's life story and are using it to make her feel at home. I am confident that her medical needs are being met with compassion and skill. The food has been excellent and the activities are engaging and individualized. The leadership takes the time to listen to our family and our mom and follows through on any adjustments to help her continue to thrive.

My father received several weeks of respite care at this facility and we cannot say enough good things about it! The staff was knowledgeable and very caring, did a great job of communicating with us as he settled in. He really enjoyed the food, the courtyard, and the activities that he was encouraged to participate in. There is so much positive to be said about a smaller facility with more intimate care. Wonderful place!
Would not recommend Waukesha facility very unprofessional and short staff do not provide necessary training I quit within my first 2 weeks I been in my field 13yrs with extended education never seen people getting disrespected or mistreated and nothing was done about it.
I love Heritage an awesome place to even just visit. So friendly even the clients are awesome you would love to live or work here.
