Placed into the CAP Programme here. Very nervous and really not wanting to go to any nursing home. Since arriving the staff have been patient, helpful and attentive. I expected to he largely left to myself but the staff drop.by to see that I'm OK. I expected poor quality meals but I've enjoyed them so much I've put on a little weight. I thought I'd be treated in a childish manner but to the contrary I've treated as an adult with my name used not "dear" or "love". I would recommend this Helping Hand facility.

Very nice facility for people.
My mum is here as unfortunately she has dementia, and it's getting worse, so I take dad to see her every day! Staff are fantastic, and the patients are really well looked after, couldn't of found a better place for mum! 👍😁
This seems like a lovely place to stay. Friendly and professional staff. My sweet Auntie Barb is living here and seems to be happy, fed well & properly cared for. The security where needed is done well.
Pretty sure I was here for work but good on you guys keep living it up while you can!
