My father's stay here was much shorter than we had hoped, but I can't say enough about the floor staff. Not only do they know and give great care to each resident, they know their relatives as well. During the course of his two months here, my father was sent to the hospital three times, and every time I had to visit his room to get something, a nurse or aide always asked after him. When I had to tell the staff that he was moving to hospice, an aide gave me a great big hug as I sobbed. The security team is amazing, too. The head of of security (!) helped my aunt and me one Saturday as we were moving my father in and refused a tip. When I was moving his things out, they gladly lent me a trolley cart to move his things. Love these people!

When I asked a nurse how best to support the team for their incredible work at Hebrew Rehabilitation on the 4 Berenson floor, she suggested writing a review—so here it is. My uncle has been under their care for a chronic condition, and the experience has deeply impressed us. The attention to detail by everyone, from nursing aides to the senior staff, has been remarkable. During a particularly tough day for my uncle, the leadership team made us feel truly looked after. Their compassion extends beyond patient care, making families like ours feel like part of their own. This place is a gem for anyone in need of long-term care.
One of the best rehab and long term care facilities in New England. The staff really care for your family members
It's a damned rehab center for people to get treatment between a hospital stay and home. How good does it need to be? I get more than a8dequate care from good therapists and a mixed bag of support staff, most excellent and some not especially happy about dealing with weak patients needing lots of care . Food from the kosher kitchen is surprisingly good and plentiful. I've chosen this place based on mostly good treatment two (three?) times previously. More importantly, it's run by Hebrew Senior Life (HSL), which owns my apartment building and provides a continuum of other inpatient and outpatient services in my building. I'm really satisfied with the services I get from the affiliated HSL Home Care and Therapy House Calls. This is the primary reason I chose to be here.
To Berger 4. I can’t say enough about the staff. Twyla and all her staff were the best. Took awesome care of my mom [Nancy Jackson] and made us all feel like family. I would tell people my mom was in the best nursing home anyone could ask for. Will miss everyone 🥰 Andrea Stockard
