Lord I don’t even know how to explain this , so basically, i came into this facility to do an application and had a conflict with the lady at the front desk, for the now would be a 3rd time. she has lied to me several times and trashed my applications. I made a review on this facility 3/25/25 and was contacted by owner, which I thought everything was resolved and I was ask to come back in today 3/26/25 to talk with him about a possible position. I was approached by the lady at the front desk she walked up to me and ask me why did I lie on her to Tommy. I told her I’m just here to do an application and that I didn’t want any problems she continue to stand and stare at me as if she wanted to attack me. She had two other girls at the front with her that didn’t say anything but stare…. I will be reporting further on this facility this place is trash please stay away.

This is such a low budget ghetto facility. The employees are thieves that steal items from these vulnerable residents, items that their loved ones have taken the time to bring to them. Not to mention the terrible stench of body fluids that reeks in the hallways. I understand that there are a lot of patients who may have accidents on themselves but the place does not have to smell like it. The owners should invest in better quality cleaning products and make sure they hire staff that will not steal and take advantage of these residents, most whom have memory issues and disabilities and can’t defend themselves or express themselves clearly enough to even explain what happened and the staff members know this, that’s what makes these vulnerable individuals such an easy target. My father has been here for over a year and I’m working hard to get him out of this disgrace of a place.
11 January 2024. My mom is transported here for infection wound care and rehab plus memory care. Oh boy, what have I done? My first choice of facility she was turned away after they heard of her explosive Dementia out burst and aggressive behavior. 2nd choice, no rooms were available. Then this place which was my 3rd and last choice, which now I wish I shouldn't mention at all. The room reminds me of my Navy boot camp days which is not much of anything to brag about. Four beds to a room. The occupant the next bed over seemed to have a worser personality disorder. It has tv but I'm not sure if they work or turn on.
I don’t know who is giving this place 5 star rating because it’s absolutely the worst place to place your love one. Please do not place your love ones in this place. My dad was in there less than a week and he died. They did something to him. They need to shut this place down for good.
Not too great of a place. Unprofessional staff and they will do everything they can to suck you into this place and it's not worth it. The care is terrible and the facility is not controlled right. I expected a lot more out of them and I was disappointed in how much they lied to me before to get me into this dirty place! I will be in contact with the IDPH since I have proof my wound care was not done and the cleanliness of the facility was not to state standards. And also the food safety control with the food. Was not the right temperature which could of made one of the residents sick. There in for a rude awakening! Bout time they shape up or close down. I've seen better and this was by far the worse. They should be ashamed of them selves. Keep up the horrible work staff. Continue to hiring managers that do not know what there doing. Hint hint it all starts with Firing your managers without good managers you can have a good staff just saying from experience :)
