I am thinking of moving into a senior apartment and toured Heartis with Jennifer White. I was really impressed when I walked in. It felt like a five start hotel and not institutional at all. I met a lot of the staff from the concierge, the chef and physical therapist. Everyone was so friendly and answered all my question. I met some of the residents and they all had high praise for the staff and the food. One of the residents I met let me into her apartment so I could see what it looks like with furniture. Overall my visit very pleasant and informational. The apartments are bright and airy and laid out well. It felt like home.

It's been a sincere joy working with Activities Director, Jessica Ingram, and Lead Director, Drew Williams, at Heartis in a volunteer teaching capacity. Receptionist Shirley as well! They are always cheerful & helpful in administration. And very timely in response time and communications. The residents are delightful. Clean facilities and very engaged in the community. I highly recommend Heartis Suwanee!
Thanks to all the staff for making my mother feel at home and well cared for since her recent move-in. Everyone has been helpful and eager to be sure her needs are met. Jessica has gone above and beyond to create great programming. She took the time to make enlarged Bingo cards, so that my mom could participate with her limited eyesight. Jermaine has been so helpful in getting mom's apartment set up to her liking. He came multiple times until he satisfied my mom with the water pressure in her shower! All the concierge staff have been supportive, reading menus and activity calendars, arranging transportation, and generally being positive and welcoming. Mother is impressed with the quality of services. She loves her apartment, is happy with the programs, and loves the meal quality and selection.
My Mom was a resident here, on the independent living side. She had a great apartment that she loved. The staff was extremely hardworking and dedicated and the care they exhibited toward the residents was wonderful. Up until Covid, there were organized outings of various kinds. I reduced 1 star because Mom didn't love the food, although, IMHO, it wasn't that bad. Holiday and special meals were very good.
I recently volunteered at Heartis and was very impressed with the staff and amenities Heartis Suwanee has to offer its residents and community. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and caring. I will continue to promote and suggest Heartis Suwanee to anyone looking for a great place to live and build a untied community.
