While visiting from out of state to relocate. I visited this senior complex. The staff and workers were very welcoming. I'm looking forward to being one of the residents here, when they have a available apt. I've been waiting 8 months with no call or response from them. After taking my Application and Money Order. Why do these apts take senior money than never respond. We are on fixed income and can't afford to get taken advantage of. Who gets the money you all are taking like a scam This is bad business practice.

Hearthside Peachtree City, in my opinion, is an excellent place for seniors age 62+ to reside. The housekeeping, maintnance, and management team is kind, considerate and very caring . Management is top of the line. There is no other place like Hearthside Peachtree City.
Spoke with a couple of staff members about information for my parents, I cannot describe how helpful they were! Very pleasant to deal with. In addition to my visit, the grounds were impeccable and the facility was beautiful overall. I definitely recommend contacting this place if you are looking for an alternative living solution for your loved ones. I would be proud to say I placed my parents in this senior living community
I have toured the community a few times. My initial visit was back in 2015 and here just recently. Although I do not meet the age requirements, I have referred several of my church members and neighbors that are entering the next chapter in their life. The facility is always clean, the grounds always look good, and the few residents I've met have been very pleasant. I wish there were more facilities like this in the Newnan/Sharpsburg area. If I could give this review 10 stars I would!
Went here with mother. She loves it and she really liked the tour and especially the library. She is looking forward to selling her home and moving in! Nice meeting Alissa and Debbie.
