The manager Mrs Parker is very Unfair to some Residents We have had incidents that can harm us. The Manager never addressed the Tenants. People got kids Sleeping in the Lobby at 7 am on Weekends. She never did anything about it. She treat respectfully Tenants like they are Feeble Minded. A paycheck is more Value than What’s Right than Wrong. She strip people of there Dignity
I love this place and I love the team. I feel safe and I feel appreciated. They actually call and check on you. And if you have been ill and they know about it, they check on you even more. Ms. Ajyl is an angel. Her name is fitting. She goes above and beyond to work around individual situations. She does not have to do that, but she does. You can set your clock on her arrival time to work. So there is no doubt that she is going to be in house if you need her. Her staff is so sweet and considerate. Just today, a sweet young lady walked me through how to use my dishwasher, bc I have never had one before. I wish I knew her name so I could put it here. As one of the first tenants, I've been here since November, I think I know best, bc I have seen and experienced the most. I assure you that talk of taking advantage of the elderly, and being rude is simply sour grapes. I would have been very disappointed had I not gotten in as well, but I would not have resorted to lying on the establishment.
My aunt recently moved in about two weeks ago and when I tell you she was so taken away on how beautifully constructed her place was. The process was so easy, I was a little worried because she was moving from another state. I want to thank Nadira Ferguson and Ajyl from the bottom of my heart for making the process so easy for her. Now I can rest easy knowing she is in a beautiful and safe place to call home. Thank you so so much.
Great place to live. I've been here for 1 wk. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with accessing residents Ajyl, the manager is an ANGEL, I don't know where she hides her wings and halo. (SMILE) COME by and see.
