The staff here is so accommodating and helpful. Anytime I need something...they are always willing to help. Natasha always makes sure My Family Member has a nice clean room and if anything extra is needed she steps up. The Nursing Staff and CNAs do their best to always hear our concerns and keep us informed. We can even register our pups to visit which all the residents seem to love.

My husband and I are Power of Attorneys for a friend of ours who has been a resident at Heartfields Assisted Living of Frederick since May 2023. The staff is very friendly and kind. You can tell that they genuinely care about the residents there. The facility is not extremely large so it does not have a lot of residents which is which gives it a close, honesty feeling. The decor is very nice and is well maintained. They provide many different activities for the residents to participate in as well. Our friend that lives there is very happy there. We would highly recommend that you visit Heartfields when searching for Assisted Living care for your loved ones.
I always like to give a shout out when I’m pleased with the service I receive. I have to say that the care provided to my Family member while he is a resident at Heartfields has been exceptional. On Every level, this facility is so clean and bright and run so Systematically and yet with so much heart. The care that every member of the staff extends to every member of the community is so kind and genuine. I I highly endorse and support Heartfields, they are just the best place for somebody you care about.
My mother moved to Heartfields’s last June. She had been in her house for 65 years, and always said she would never leave. So we were worried about how difficult this move would be for her. Thanks to the kindness of everyone there, the friendliness and the lovely space, activities and food, she has adjusted better than we could have even hoped! I visit every day, and always feel welcomed by everyone! Thank you Heartfield’s for being such a wonderful new home for us all!
My dad has been here since August. He seems happy and comfortable at Heartfields which has made this process so much easier on the family. The staff is caring and truly care for the residents.
