They do an outstanding job. Everyone from the receptionist to the administrative staff showed an exemplary concern for her needs. The nurses and wound care specialist played a vital part of her recovery and we will be forever grateful. Although we spent a lot of hours accompanying our loved one. We felt confident leaving. Knowing she would have compassionate care in our absent. The facility is pleasant on the inside and out. Hair dressing and personal needs are met.

After my brother was discharged from Eden Hospital, he was admitted to Hayward Gardens Rehabilitation Center. There, he shared a room with a patient who had pneumonia, which deeply concerned us. The patient himself informed us of his condition; we worried about my brother, who was suffering from heart failure, and we were especially anxious about the risk of him falling ill again. We immediately approached the front desk nurse to request a room change to protect his health, but we were told that no other rooms were available. And also, the nurse told us that the patient didn't suffer from pneumonia. He was making it up. Unfortunately, a week later, my brother developed pneumonia and had to be transferred back to Eden Hospital. Despite medical efforts, my brother passed away a week later from severe pneumonia. This experience has profoundly shaken my faith in Hayward Gardens. No patient should have to endure such a situation, and it is heartbreaking to think that inadequate care and a lack of preventive measures could lead to such a devastating outcome. I strongly urge the manager of this place to reflect on these concerns and take immediate action to ensure that future patients do not face similar risks.
I recently visit my aunt there and was not impressed how they run the place. This place have a very strong oder. How did they even passed inspectiona? No guest check in as if anyone can come and goes. What really bothers me enough to write this review is how staff handle the patients. That's not acceptable and people needs to know before sending their love ones there. I love my aunt so naturally I stayed very long to accompany her. She ask if I can stay until she have dinner. Such a small request I cannot say no to her so I end up spend about 4hrs there. I then noticed her next door roommate behind the curtain, a woman lied there all these time no one check on her once. No one change her diaper or assist her to bathroom or any of her needs. She cannot voice up due she had a stroke affected her speech.
They almost killed my mother. She had two open wounds that was not being treated she ended up septic and had to be rushed to the emergency room. Whatever you do don’t put your love ones in their care.
I like here very much . People are very nice to me whatever I asked they give it very quick. The therapy people they are very nice to me they help me get up and help me with exercises. My cna always help me make my bed. Therapist very caring they always ask me if I want water to drink especially Patrick very nice person. Aruna CNA I appreciate her giving me a bath. Receptionist always say hi to me nice lady.Zarchi honey one of my CNA is like a family to me very kind person. Rest of the staffs very nice. I appreciate they put a nice new TV in my room nice people.
