I had an amazing experience at Hawthorne Terrace. Straight from the beginning Annie was very communicative and the process was smooth. I needed a place for a year and was able to get in right away here. There are so many great amenities and it is in such a wonderful area. I had a dog with me, and it was so wonderful to have options for him as well. They have a fenced in dog park area on the grounds it was so nice to be able to let him run around there after coming home from work. There is a big dog community in the apartments as well, so I got to know a lot of the residents through meeting outside there. If you are looking for a great place to live, with wonderful people and great communication you should chose here. They are amazing!

Having lived at Hawthorne Terrace for 24.5yrs I can say with assurance it’s one of the best apartment complexes around! Management is extremely responsive and considerate, amenities are fantastic and the central/convenient location combined with security… is second to none. I guess that’s why Hawthorne attracts such great people!
I lived in here from 2017 to 2022. I highly recommend this apartment for its safety, quietness, cleanliness, and excellent management. Specifically, the managements not only care for the current tenant, they also watch for the former resident such as me. I had a package wrongfully delivered to the old apartment in March, which I did not find out until May. When I called them a few days ago, Jenny at the front desk was able to find it in the package room. They kept my package for 7 WEEKS! Jenny was kind and nice to dig out my package when I stopped by to pick up. I was really surprised and am grateful for their extra work to someone who is no longer their tenant.
We just moved into our apartment and honestly we cannot speak highly of this apartment complex. The management and maintenance were so nice to us. The apartment we have is quiet and the residents are friendly. The amenities such as extra storage units and gym are top notch. Genuinely a great place to deal with and live in. No complaints at all.
We had a wonderful move-in experience and appreciated the super helpful manager, Annie, who helped us find the perfect unit and guided if from start to finish.
