Hawthorne Heights is truly a fantastic place to live! The property is clean, well-maintained, and has all the amenities one could ask for. What makes this place stand out even more is the property manager, Hannah. She is exceptional – always friendly, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. Whether it’s a quick response to any maintenance issues or simply greeting you with a warm smile, Hannah’s dedication to her role is evident. It’s rare to find a property manager who cares so much, and it’s clear she genuinely wants the best for everyone living here.
Friendly neighbors and competent staff. Hannah is a tremendous asset Craig in maintenance is timely and skilled. Only complaint are stained (spotted) front porch and patio.
We were completely happy with the results. We were surprised, that the service was conducted while we were not at home. We would like to be apprised in future events as to approximate time of adjustment.
Hannah was a delight and very patient with us. I couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience up to this point.
