Posted by Dorothy on 02/07/25 I toured Hawthorne Estates of Brandon, and the staff was so friendly. They welcomed me, and I thought, "I have been living there for a long time." The people who lived there were very nice. I really enjoyed it when I was there. It was a friendly atmosphere, and I loved it. The facility was very clean, and I didn't have any problems. I walk with a walker, so going in and coming out of the facility was great. They have a washer and dryer in the hall of each floor. They have activities. They showed me where I could get my hair done. They have salons. They told me at two that they had the happy hour. They had an exercise class, and they showed me a dining room, and it was beautiful.

I've lived here at Hawthorne over a year and the staff looks after us and meets all our needs. ACTIVITIES are wonderful and great place to meet friends. PIZZA parties are wonderful. ALWAYS having a great time!
Here at the Estates, we are treated wonderfully. Very comfortable and friendships have been made, we all look out for each other. I love my home here.
Love the atmosphere! Caring staff and wonderful friendships I have made since living here. We have so much fun and great outings❣️
Terrible care I should say no care, they’re fake. They won’t even help them to the bathroom unless someone is there to harass them. Then you still can hardly get assistance. They leave them laying in urine…Last night we witnessed 3 staff in an argument almost a fight at the nurses station. Not clean. I don’t have enough time to go on.
