I worked with Christine regarding the needs of my mother. Although it was determined that the Richfield facilty did have the complete services required, Amanda continued to provide advice and assistance in my search. She was proactive, considerate, caring, and went out of her way to provide guidance without any expection of commercial reward. Truly and outstanding human being!!!!

My mother-law is in Havenwood. I do think some of the staff is top notch and the food is great. It’s not all processed food. Good quality. I do have problem that at times she doesn’t get her food. This was not just once or twice but over 10 times. That’s not acceptable. Also very bad checks. If you say it’s every three hours you are doing the checks and that is your standard of care then that should be done. It’s not. I would not put my own Mom in there. Because it lacks training for staff, checks are not done most of the days in a timely manner especially at night, some days no breakfast and these problems have been consistent since she’s been there with little improvement. Hopefully management will act appropriately and quickly to address issues. I’m sure it doesn’t just happen to my Mother in law. Also I seen one resident slumped over in the dinning Room for more then 30 mins. If I was her loved one and came to visit I would be horrified . Regards, Shelley
My parents met many great friends in their time here so far. My dad enjoys all the activities! The staff have been awesome and helpful as we went through a difficult time with my mom.
Havenwood looks very pleasant and friendly, they have many issues with low staffing and help from the top down. We have had issues weekly with memory care staff not checking in for 7 to 10 hours at a time, not delivering the meals to the room, we call 2 hours later and have to remind the staff.
Havenwood is a wonderful place for our mom to call home. We can’t thank the loving staff enough, they truly care about their residents.
